NEW IN: ZARA SWEATER & BOOTS

Hi guys! First of all I'm so sorry I haven't uploaded anything in more than a month but I've been so busy with school that it became impossible for me to keep up!

Now let's talk about my new favorite sweater from Zara. I just bought it yesterday and I fell in love with its A shape because I think its a very flattering shape on my body and I can just go for a tighter bottom to compensate the volume at the top. It's super cozy and warm, perfect for fall!

I also bought these boots which I paid 50€ for and they are made out of real leather so I know they will last a really long time.

Love,
Patricia

BLACK, WHITE AND GOLD

I don't know about you guys but it has been really rainy in Lisbon yet quiet hot. We're experiencing kind of a tropical climate which makes me indecisive when it comes to picking up my outfits. In here I chose to cover up my arms and let my legs bare so there's a balance.

How's the weather where you live?

FALL WISHLIST: MY STYLE

With school coming up and Summer coming to an end, one of the things that still makes me excited is the upcoming Fall.

For this season I'm all about the neutrals with some details such as frindge, chains, or lace. My style has been evolving to a point where I feel the most comfortable in either white, black or grey. I didn't completely remove color from my closet but I'm definitely going to invest on pieces that have more neutral tones.

As far as scents for this season, I love ZARA's 92 Champs Elysées perfume because it has a very warm smell and it just screams Fall to me.

What's in your fall wishlist?

VOGUE'S FASHION NIGHT OUT: DECISIONS

Today is Vogue's Fashion Night Out here in Lisbon and I've been asking family and friends which outfit should I wear.
Now I want your opinion!

Outfit #1 It's an all black look with a jumpsuit from ZARA with some silver details at the bottom and a blazer on my shoulders.

On Outfit #2 I chose to pair my black ZARA mesh top that I showed you here with a ruffled skirt in navy blue. With this one I will also wear the blazer on my shoulders since the event is at night and to add a pop of color I added my red bag showed here

On both outfits I'll be wearing this pair of black cut out shoes for comfort reasons.

Which one should I wear? Outfit #1 or Outfit #2?

NEW IN: STRIPED LACE

Yesterday at the mall I was looking around and I had in mind that I needed some basic clothing like t-shirts in neutral colors (white, grey and black) and some other basic pieces that I could wear in many different ways since I'm going back to school and sometimes it gets hard to know what to wear.

In here I paired this black and white striped top with some eyelash lace detail with a pair of black waxed pants and a an also black pair of cut out shoes, which makes the outfit more interesting.

Like I mentioned, versatility is important so I wore the top in a different way. I used the open back as an open front and paired it with some black shorts with the same kind of lace detail.

What's your favorite basic piece of clothing?

THE CRAZY KIMONO: AN OOTD

While looking for good deals at the mall a few months ago, I stumbled across this squared cheer pattern and wondered what it was. When I grabbed it and saw it was a long kimono, I immediately fell in love with it.

However, my mom didn't agree. Her opinion is very different from mine, as if we're not seeing the same thing. She thinks my kimono looks like a table cloth! (and you might think the same).

But what's fashion if you don't rock what everyone else is afraid to wear?

I kept this outfit very simple and minimal because I can't stand this Summer heat!

Have fun with fashion: if you like it, wear it!

AUGUST FAVORITES: A COMPILATION

Today I bring you my August favorites. I want to mention that I didn't buy all of these products this past month, so this is a compilation of different things that made this month a little bit more exciting for me.

Kiko Cosmetics Colour Shock Long Lasting Eyeshadow in the color 104 SNAPPY BRASS

The first thing I want to talk about is this cream eyeshadow from Kiko. I got this one on sale for only 3 euros and i could easily say it was the purchase of the month. It comes in this beautiful little box and the eyeshadow color is even prettier.

The color is a mix of gold and bronze and the texture is very smooth and easy to apply. However, you do have to work fast because once it's dry, you're done.
Try this eyeshadow on a day where you feel like spicing things up but you don't have the time for a complicated makeup look.

Still talking about makeup, I'm going to give you quick review on 3 makeup products that i've been using non stop this summer. The first one is the SMOKY EYES pallet by H&M.

This palette comes with 3 shimmery eyeshadows (white, black and grey) as well as 3 matte eyeshadows (black, dark brown, and light brown). The shimmery eyeshadows are meant to be used on the eyes and the matte ones on the eyebrows, even though you can still give them other purposes.

The palette also comes with an angle brush and I've been using the dark brown matte shadow on my eyebrows all summer long

The second product I want to talk to you about is the YVES ROCHER Peau Parfaite 6 in One BB Cream.
I don't like to use high coverage foundation on my face, specially on summer. So this BB cream really comes in handy. It comes with a really pleasant citrus smell that only lasts through the application. It is very light and blendable, but still gives you the amount of coverage that you need.

The 3rd and last product I have to show you is the ORIFLAME Corrective Stick Purifying Oily Skin with Tea Tree Oil.

This concealer really gives you the extra coverage you need when you didn't sleep as much as you wanted to or when you're breaking out. The concealer has a green side (made to erase redness) and the other side is the concealer itself. It's really smooth and it doesn't crease, perfect!

Now, if you're like me and you don't like laying in the sun for hours to get a tan, here's the product for you.

Like the name says, this is a self tanning rapid mousse, as well as moisturizing. Because of it's consistency, you can apply it both quickly and evenly. The product gives you a little bit of color right after you apply it, but only after 1 hour you start seeing results.
Three hours after you've applied it you can definitely tell the difference and you can build up the color by applying it every other day until you reach your flawless tan.

Moving on to fashion items, I've been loving this top from ZARA. I also got it on sale this summer and it has been my go to top when I have no idea of what to wear.
It's a black top with a mesh material layer over it. It's a very light weight top piece which makes it easy to transition from Summer to the upcoming Fall (are you as excited for Fall as I am?)

Since I already talked to you about my go to top piece, It's time to tell you about my absolute favorite sandals. These are from ZARA and I bought them a few months ago. I was looking for a flat pair of lace up sandals when I found these on ZARA's website and quickly rushed to the store cause they were almost sold out. Besides being super comfortable, they're also really versatile and give any outfit a more sexy, laid back look.
